Currently Head of Spectrum Management Dept. of Information and Communication Technologies Authority of Turkey after working in ICTA’s several other departments (Authorization, Consumer Relations and Research&Strategy), Ministry of Transport&Communications and Undersecretariat of Defence Industries. Mainly deals with regulation, authorisation, supervision of wireless communications operators, spectrum fees and auctions. Previously an electrical and electronics engineer at own construction company. Holds an MSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from the University of Cambridge
