Carl Higgins is the Director of Programs and International Marketing for CPI’s Antenna Systems Division out of Camarillo, CA (USA). Before coming to CPI, Carl worked at EADS North America/Airbus as Director, International Business Development supporting a global sales channel and working directly with end-users and foreign government entities providing RF test solutions.
Carl currently works directly with integrators in the Defense Sector supporting UAV land, sea and air applications on a global scale. This technology is finding its way into the SATCOM market both for LEO/MEO and HAPS applications where active/dynamic tracking is critical in maintaining connectivity.
