David Price recently joined OneWeb as their Vice President Access Layer Program. In this role he is leading the teams responsible for the Global Radio Access Network development, and deployment; the end-to-end systems integration and test campaigns; and the customer service demos and trials. He is also building the OneWeb Global Sales Engineering Team.
Prior to joining OneWeb Mr. Price had worked in System Engineering, and Sales Engineering leadership roles within Global Satellite Operators for over 20 years. This was during periods of employment with SES, O3b Networks, New Skies Satellites, and ICO Global Communications.
Earlier in his career Mr. Price worked in a number of RF systems and antenna engineering design roles with Scientific Atlanta (U.S.A), Telikom Papua New Guinea (P.N.G), the Independent Broadcasting Authority of the UK, and the Marconi Company (UK).
Mr. Price is a registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) of the UK and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
